Shipping & Returns


Shipping Information
All shipping rates are based on exact weights including packing supplies. (envelope, bubble wraps, boxes, cardboard inserts) Once you place an order with us, you will have a couple of shipping methods to choose from based on your own personal shipping needs. Anytime you wish to know how much shipping is to your location, just go to the product and click the add to cart button. Once the add to cart button is clicked you will be taken to a shipping calculator to determine cost and choice of shipping options to your location. We have included a list below to assist in giving our customers what we get from USPS for delivery times and shipping options. We ship every day except Sundays and postal holidays. All orders received prior to 3PM central time will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 3 PM will be shipped the following business day. All our shipments are through the United States Postal Service. We do not offer any other shipping suppliers.

Delivery Times
We do our best to quickly ship all orders as stated above, however, we can not be responsible for any delays once we ship that may be caused directly by the USPS. We add tracking to all orders with verification and proof of our shipping dates and times. If you feel that your package is taking a long time or just wish to check with us we will be glad to track your package. You can also check your transit tracking directly from the tracking number we give you when we send you shipping notification. You can track your packages directly with USPS on their package tracking page.

Shipping Methods We Offer (United States)

First Class Mail
(Estimated delivery time is two to three days. By USPS Official Web site) Postcards, letters, large envelopes and small packages can be sent using First Class Mail. First Class Mail prices are based on both the shape and weight of the item being mailed. Please keep in mind that this method can only be used for items up to .13 ounces.

Media Mail
(Estimated delivery time is five to ten days. By USPS Official Web site) This method allows shipping of books and records only. We have set up specific shipping rates for our books and records that you will see in checkout when you order from us.

Priority Mail
(Estimated delivery time 2-3 days to most locations in the US by USPS Official Web site) This is an upgraded shipping method for most items up to 70 lbs. Rates are based on weight, distance and shape.

Express Mail
(Estimated delivery time 2 days to most locations in the US by USPS Official Web site) Express mail is usually the choice for the most expedite delivery times, however, due to the location that we will be shipping from we are not included in that guarantee. Our area is considered "Rural out of express guarantees." The information that we received from our area is that it will normally day 2 days for delivery. Postcards, letters, large envelopes and small packages can be sent using Express Mail. Express Mail prices are based on both the shape and weight of the item being mailed. Please keep in mind that this method does not guarantee you "next day delivery" Our location is not in the delivery areas to offer that and we are listed as the rural area which means that we can not guarantee you next day delivery but this is the fastest method we do offer from our location.

Flat Rate Priority Mail
(Estimated delivery time 2-3 days to most locations in the US by USPS Official Web site) We offer a flat rate shipping option to buyers depending on number of items ordered and what we can do to keep shipping cost down for our buyers. This method works great for multiple orders and other more larger items that would increase shipping cost based on weights. This is not always the cheapest way to go, unless we are working with heavier weights and want to find the best cost for out buyers.

Purchasing Insurance For Your Packages
We insure all packages over $100 at no expense to our customers. Any orders under $100 would be at the option of our customers to request for purchase. If you would like to include insurance with orders under $100 you can email or call us to add that extra charge. First Class
(Estimated delivery time 6-10 Business Days.) First Class Mail International is an airmail service that provides an economical means of sending correspondence and other items up to 4 pounds to over 190 countries and territories worldwide. This is not the same as Express Priority we do not offer Priority Express shipping to international countries. All shipments will include delivery and tracking confirmation. Orders valued over $50 will require signature confirmation.

Priority Mail

Purchasing Insurance For Your Packages
We do insure all packages that are orders at $100 and over at our expense. If you would like to include insurance with orders under $100 you can email or call us to add that extra charge. Current rates for insurances can be found at USPS Insurance Rates on the official USPS site. We recommend to all our customers who place orders from us to buy the additional insurance and this is optional to you. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package, please check USPS Insurance Rates and Let Us Know so that we can adjust your order to include that extra cost.

Multiple Order Combined Shipping Offers
We offer a flat rate service with one fee for multiple orders.

How Do You Know When We Have Shipped?
All our buyers will receive shipping notifications once your package has been shipped. With that shipping information there will be a direct tracking number and link for you to follow your package in transit from our location to yours. This tracking information will also include the exact date that we shipped your package to you. If you did not receive that tracking information which gives the exact time we shipped, and transit of your package, we can provide that information to you per your request.

What If Your Country Is Not Listed?
We ship to most international and all US locations. If you find that your specific country is not listed in your checkout, please contact us and let us know and we will add it so that you can use our checkout to purchase your order.

Do We Offer Next Day Delivery Upgraded Shipping?
No we do not offer this service due to the location we are shipping from. It is not an available option for us. Our location is considered a "rural" service and the fastest any delivery could be done is through our Express Mail option which generally takes two business days for delivery.

Want It In Time For The Holidays?
Please remember that even with upgraded USPS Priority shipping which usually takes 2-5 days based on USPS information, can be delayed during busy times of the year and holidays would also slow down that process and we can not guarantee that your package will arrive in time for the holidays unless you order early enough or if you are not sure depending on your locations, please contact us. The cut off date for USPS delivery to make it by December 25 in the US is to order your items by December 15. We work very hard during the holidays to get your package shipped and will do everything we can to get it there in time as long as you order for the holidays by the 15th. We recommend you chose priority mail for all your orders during the month of December in order to be certain that it will arrive on time.



Refund Information
We want you to be happy when you receive your items and we do our best to answer all of your questions and give you detailed descriptions of all of our items, however, we do not force our buyers who are not happy with their purchases to keep them. Please be aware that you are ordering vintage and not new items from us. There may be some small imperfections that are expected when buying collectible vintage that are in used conditions. Most of our products are one of a kinds that we do not have replacements, therefore we can not guarantee you another of the same product for sale.

Asking For A Refund
Let us know immediately via email or phone call that you wish to return an item to us. We are willing to assist you with all refunds. Here are a few suggestions we offer to help you with how to do a refund. We can not offer full refunds with shipping for items we did not know were being returned to us until the day they arrived back to us. It is your obligation as our buyer to contact us and let us know your returning your ordered item within 10 days from date of delivery. We have tracking info to determine your exact date of delivery.

Please use appropriate and safe measures when shipping back to us. Use packing materials that will assure the safety of your items during transit. Poorly packaged items may not arrive back to us in the condition they were sent.

If you are able to send us a picture of the damages not described in our listing we really do appreciate those. We take images of all items we ship prior to shipping them and your images will help us process your refund much quicker as well.

All orders over 14 days after delivery may not receive full refunds. We will offer partial refunds based on individual decisions by our company and its policies.

Shipping Reimbursements
You must use the same shipping methods you paid for in your original order back to us. We do not cover upgraded shipping cost that you occur when not using the same shipping payment method back to us. If you paid a lower shipping cost to return the item to us than your original shipping cost, we do not return that shipping expense back to you unless the item sent was due to our mistake. (shipping wrong item..etc) If your original order was processed at express mail expenses or next day delivery expenses we do not return that shipping cost to you as this was strictly your option to have the item expressed mailed at the time of the order which you paid for the convenience of having the United States Post Office provide you. You didn't pay us for that expense. The only way that we cover that shipping expense for express is if the order we shipped to you was our error.

Once we receive your order and if that order was our mistake, we will refund your shipping cost back to us. If this is a refund for something other than our mistake in our description details, shipping reimbursements will not be refunded.

Refund Payments
Once we process your refund, we will send you a notification of refund email so that you know that we did process your order. We do our best to refund all orders promptly.

Disclaimer
All our items are used, collectible, vintage, and most of all not new. We can not promise nor guarantee you that these items originally came from a pet free, smoke free environment.

We store all our items in a safe, dry, free of smoke and pets area, however, if you are sensitive to smoke, musty odors, or pets, we advice that you consider this prior to your purchase from us. We do not buy any badly smelling items for resell, however, we are around vintage collectibles all day and may not be as keen smelling as a sensitive person to these odors might be.

Therefore, we can not guarantee that our items are free of these elements. We can not offer refunds to those who purchase from us and find that their items have a smoke smell or other pet dander. We try hard to provide detailed descriptions of all our items, but we do expect our customers to know that they are buying used items that have had a life somewhere else before we got them and there is no way for us to know what they were exposed to that might trigger some serious reaction in someone who is very sensitive to specific elements.

Authentic And Original We do not buy fakes, duplicates, and imports that are made to look vintage. What we do offer you is real items that we find at live auctions from family members who are closing out a deceased or elderly members estate. We can not promise you that everything that we sell here is "antique". We can not guarantee actual age of these items. We do however, try our best in describing what we have based on our research and information that we can provide to our customers. We do promise you that we do not buy imports directly from other countries and that we personally have hands on experiences with all our products. We make all our own purchases at these live auction sales.
